Linklaters is a global law firm, with 31 offices in 21 countries worldwide.
We have been named as one of The Times\xe2\x80\x99 Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality for the 10th consecutive year; recognised by Stonewall as a Top 100 employer for LGBTQ+ inclusion; and by the Social Mobility Employer Index as a Top 20 employer for advancing social mobility.
We recognise that one size does not fit all. Our goal is to embed flexibility across our firm by giving everyone the opportunity to work in an agile way, whether as a regular pattern or on an ad hoc basis, and we will be happy to discuss this further. We also recognise that women, especially, may hesitate to apply if they feel they may not meet every requirement listed despite being excited by the role. If this sounds like you, we\xe2\x80\x99d really encourage you to apply.
Our vision for the Ropemaker Programme is to create a global headquarters building which, for the duration of our occupation, truly reflects our brand as a pre-eminent global law firm.
We want to create an outstanding workplace and amenities which enable and motivate our people to provide best in class legal support to our clients as well as supporting careers, health and wellbeing and diversity so we can continue to retain and recruit the very best talent.
We want our client spaces to enable our clients to successfully manage their business challenges and opportunities in a safe, secure and sustainable environment, and to make our premises open and inviting to the communities we support.
