Plumbing / Heating Maintenance manager
Company
Priding ourselves on a wide range of Mechanical installation Including Plumbing, Gas, Ventilation and Air Conditioning). As a company we cover all aspects of these mechanical items situated predominately within the leisure Industry (such but not limited to Restaurants / Bars, pubs, and Hotels), from refurbishments to new buildings. Due to growing demand for maintenance from our clients we are currently seeking to find an additional manger to join the maintenance team.
The Role is office based with sites and visits expected mainly within the North West region.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
Experience / background in Plumbing and heating with NVQ Level 2/3 or City and Guilds craft certificate required.
The role consists of day to day dealings and good communication with engineers and liaising with clients.
Site visits to survey and investigate Jobs.
Ability to schedule works and problem solve in an ever-changing industry.
Experience in similar role preferential but not essential.
