We are looking for an experienced and versatile Multi-Skilled Plumber to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a variety of work and takes pride in solving property-related issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Gas Safe checks and issue Gas Safety Certificates (CP12)

- Carry out minor electrical works

- Service and maintain boilers (gas & combi)

- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues - emergency leaks, pipework repairs, drainage problems

- Attend to general property maintenance - fixing minor issues, ensuring properties are safe and compliant

- Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and urgent maintenance requests

- Keep accurate records of works completed and liaise with the team on maintenance schedules

What We're Looking For:

? Gas Safe Registered (essential)

? Strong experience in boiler servicing and maintenance

? Skilled in general plumbing repairs and emergency fixes

? Ability to troubleshoot and resolve property maintenance issues

? Full UK driving licence and own tools (preferred)

? Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

The company was launched in 2016 and specialises in managing Co-Living shared houses. Our focus for 2025 is to continue to expand the lettings portfolio across Oxfordshire, offering quality homes to our tenants.

We cover all aspects of Co-Living property, from the refurbishment and conversion of residential accommodation to the acquisition and development of larger commercial buildings.
