As a plumber, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining components in accordance with specifications. This role requires physical stamina and the capability to perform heavy lifting as needed.

Responsibilities

Assemble and fit components according to technical drawings and specifications. Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks. Conduct measurements and basic maths calculations to ensure precision in fitting. Competent at fitting full bathrooms. Ensure all fittings are plumb and level, adhering to safety standards. Carry out routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools are stored properly after use.

Requirements

Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role within the manufacturing or construction industry. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. Ability to lift heavy materials safely and efficiently. Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations. A background in carpentry is advantageous but not essential. A valid driving licence is preferred. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
