Plumber Multiskilled

Working in our properties across Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire (including Peterborough, March, Corby, Kettering, Northampton and Milton Keynes)

Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw Monday to Friday, with on call on a rota basis)

Salary Circa \xc2\xa335,130 per annum plus van, generous on call allowance of of up to \xc2\xa3425 per week and great benefits including Health Cash Plan

Typical day as a Plumber

As multi skilled Plumber, all allocated jobs are completed right first time, with a whole job repair approach, providing a brilliant service for our customers.

Installation and repairs to hot/cold plumbing and heating installations, including sanitary-ware and drainage systems.

Delivering high-quality and compliant work.

Multi skilling to improve first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers\xe2\x80\x99 homes.

Working in our properties Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire (including Peterborough, March, Corby, Kettering, Northampton and Milton Keynes).

All jobs are scheduled so you know exactly where you need to be.

You have

City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in plumbing or equivalent.

Fault finding experience and knowledge of plumbing installations.

Experience in all aspects of plumbing work within a maintenance environment.

Experience in other building trade areas (multi skilled).

A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgement.

A full current driving licence, as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.

Job details

Working Monday to Friday, you might be asked to take part in our out of hours service on a rota basis receiving an additional generous on call payment of up to \xc2\xa3425 per week.

We are still working out where our new base will be. When we go live our team will cover from Peterborough down to the Milton Keynes area and do jobs for our customers in towns like Corby, Kettering, Northampton.

We expect you to work flexibly where we need your support in the patch but the good news is that your travel time will be part of your working day.

You must be able to use technology for managing progress of works and budgets, complete online learning and collaborating with other colleagues.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll need a Basic DBS check done and we pay for that.
