Harvey Nash\'s client are a growing sports software company based in Edinburgh. With their growing client base, they are looking for a new Customer Platform Support Manager to manage and maintain relationships with their portfolio and provide platform support.

This position would be brilliant for someone who loves engaging with customers to improve their experience and has good technical knowledge of applications - if you\'re into sports, this isn\'t essential, but it would make it the perfect role for you!

THE ROLE

• In the role you will be the point of contact for clients and users as an expert in how the platform functions
• You will respond to customer queries about the solution
• You will provide training on how to use the platform if they required
• You will have oversight of platform usage to identify any trends or issues
• You will work closely with development teams, giving feedback from the customer and contributing to the improvement of the platform with your ideas
• When these changes are introduced, you will be involved in testing these changes
• The role has an exciting career path, as the company grows your career will grow with it!

ABOUT YOU

• You have a qualification in IT, Computer Science or related subject
• You have experience providing support to customers, ideally application or solution support
• You are motivated, organised and enjoy getting things done
