The Digital Delivery team is for the delivery of all cross-channel digital experiences - across all owned and 3rd party platforms and digital media channels.

About the role
As a Platform Specialist reporting to the Platform Lead, you will be playing the role of the technical expert in our transactional emails, which will be managed through CRMs such as Salesforce Service Cloud/Marketing Cloud, SAP CRM, and Dyson Engage.
Transactional emails will be created using HTML, MJML, and CSS, and your proficiency in these languages will be crucial for your success in this role. As our Dyson teams continue to develop new experiences, new emails will regularly need to be created from scratch or using pre-built MJML modules. Content changes will be a part of our business-as-usual (BAU) processes, as we currently maintain over 500 emails across 40 countries globally.
As part of this role, you will be at the forefront of the platform for the team, managing requests and communicating with senior stakeholders throughout the delivery of new and revised emails. You will work closely with third parties to ensure seamless content delivery and continuous improvement of processes.
You will also collaborate with cross-functional and global teams across a wide range of languages, actively requesting translations and localizing market emails.
When working on NPD or Campaigns, you will be held accountable for ensuring the creation of new templates and managing stakeholders\' expectations within a project setting.
About you
- 3+ years\' experience in HTML, CSS, and MJML
- Familiarity with email CRM platforms like Salesforce and SAP
- Proficient in creating best practice guides and training others in content creation processes
- Resilience and composure to navigate project challenges and guide teams towards successful outcomes
- Interest in Digital Transformation and strategic understanding of business organizational needs
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and preferably the Atlassian suite
- Strong communication skills at all levels, a team player, and self-starter
