We are currently looking for a committed plastic or reconstructive Surgeon to join our expanding team and help us continue to provide industry-leading results at an inclusive price point.
With prime hospital locations in Birmingham and London Hammersmith, and clinics in Manchester, Leeds, Cardiff, Liverpool and Bristol, we have a national presence and are well positioned to cater for Surgeons looking to increase their own footprint.
Earning potential in the range of 600k annually (based on 18-20 days per month)
Responsibilities:
Examine and fully consent all patients thoroughly.
Work cohesively with our Patient Care Co-ordinators and National Operations Team to ensure all information can be collated and viable operation lists can be created.
Apply appropriate reconstructive, cosmetic and corrective medical treatments.
Perform surgeries on patients who want to augment and/or improve certain body parts.
Follow up with patients and provide appropriate medical care going above and beyond.
Explain the risks and dangers of surgical procedures to patients.
Work with in-house Nursing Team to effect a post-operative wound management plan.
Maintain confidentiality of all patient information according to guidelines and regulations.
Attend MAC meetings and engage with in-house Governance Team on personal learning and development activity.
Qualifications and person specification:
Valid GMC registration and entry on specialist register.
Previous work experience as a plastic or reconstructive Surgeon - with demonstrable experience undertaking breast augmentation surgeries.
Medical Degree, MBBS or equiv. with specialist training.
Impressive portfolio of cases.
Evidence of outstanding cpd and professional development.
Outstanding patient management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
