Mears provide tailored rapid-response and planned maintenance services through partnering arrangements with more than 70 local authorities, Arm\xe2\x80\x99s Length Management Organisations and Housing Associations.

About the Role:

As an Plasterer you will be working alongside Milton Keynes Town Council in our Social housing background, providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.

An Plasterer within our Milton Keynes branch you will support residents with reactive repairs across our portfolio of properties working on a planned route Undertaking high standard Plastering repairs and refurbishment activities to Housing properties, delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.

Role Criteria:

• A trade qualification in Plastering
• Hold a Full UK Driving License
• Be a great team player as well an ability to work on your own initiative
• Excellent communication and Customer service skills
