A fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join the team at a successful manufacturing company that has gone through a substantial amount of change.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational support as well as identifying, developing and deploying business-driven HR strategies for the plant, designed to attract, manage, develop, motivate, and retain key people while creating a high-performance, sustainable organization capable of achieving the business objectives and action plans aligned with their Values.
Responsibilities
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, according to the Corporate and Business guidelines and local rules/legislation
Participate in develop the Organization design according to the business needs and ensure its implementation
Implement and control the regular procedures: Performance, Talent, Succession Review.
Propose, coordinate, and implement Development and Training Plan
Coordinate, participate and supervises the selection of people, participating directly in the processes depending on the needs. This includes the internal promotion processes.
Ensure compliance with labour legislation in the company.
Coordinate the internal Labour Relations and actively participates in the Negotiation with local Unions
Propose, approve, and update the remuneration structure of the company.
Responsible for the Lean in the HR area, especially in the evaluation of organizational development
Work with a Regional or Global HR team to lead key HR activities / initiatives
Participates in the implementation and continuous improvement of the EHS Procedure
Requirements:
Essential
MCIPD (fully qualified) preferred
Significant HR Management experience ideally within an automotive/manufacturing environment
Experience of working in an environment with cycles of change
Microsoft Office skills at an intermediate level
Desirable
Experience of working for a global organisation
Strong ER/IR exposure, proven experience of dealing with Unions i.e., pay negotiations and the likes
Exposure to working with Matrix organisations
SAP HR System
