We are currently recruiting for a Plant and Reliability Engineer to join a large manufacturing company based in Fradley, Staffordshire.

This is a highly automated factory with 5 production lines and variety of old and new equipment. This is a highly stable company with over 3 sites in the UK who has been growing ear on year and are looking to strengthen their engineering team to accommodate the increased business. This large manufacturer is in need of a reliability engineer to join their team of 6 people. This role is for a candidate who can increase the companies\xe2\x80\x99 efficiencies and reliability across their machinery and process.

Skills Required for the Reliability Engineer:

- Engineering Qualification \xe2\x80\x93 Level 3 or above

- Factory, Manufacturing or Forces Background
