This post is Fixed Term until March 2025, with the potential for extension to coincide with the delivery of the Replacement Local Development Plan.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Planning Policy Officer to help shape the future development of the City and play a key role in delivering the Council\xe2\x80\x99s regeneration and growth aspirations and helping create a Replacement Local Development Plan, which is currently at the Preferred Strategy stage.
Candidates must hold a qualification in Town Planning, or equivalent, and will be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of the planning system and planning legislation, especially in relation to planning policy.
