The Role:
As Production Planner, you'll play a vital role in ensuring production runs efficiently, smoothly, and to schedule. You'll be the key link between sales, purchasing, and manufacturing, ensuring that planning and scheduling are aligned with customer demand and internal capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
Utilise the company's MRP system to manage materials planning and production requirements
Monitor progress of production and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines
Liaise closely with procurement, operations, and sales to ensure alignment across departments
Manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability without overstocking
Identify potential production delays or constraints and work proactively to resolve them
Analyse planning data and report on production performance and KPIs
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
About You:
Proven experience in aProduction Planner or similar role within a manufacturing environment
Strong experience working with MRP systems is essential
Familiarity with E-Max software would be highly advantageous
Excellent organisational and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you're confident liaising with all areas of the business
A proactive problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
