Annual salary: up to xc2xa330,000.00Planner/Works ProgrammerBelfastFull Time, Permanent, 40 hour per week, Monday to FridaySalary up to xc2xa330,000 per annumMears provides temporary accommodation to asylum seekers whilst their claim is being assessed in three regions: Northeast, Yorkshire and Humber, Northern Ireland, and Scotland. At the end of May 2021 Mears had over 19000 service users across the three regions. Mears work in partnership with central and local Government, registered providers, tenants, landlords and investors to find solutions to homelessness, provide more social and affordable housing and create specialist housing for people with care needs.About the Role:As a Planner within our Belfast branch, you will be part of a local repairs team which ensures that works orders are scheduled through the In-house appointments system, repairs works are allocated to trade operatives and all works are carried out with minimal average turnaround time. The role will be to manage team of 33 operatives diaries, answering queries throughout the delay, allocating new and emergency jobs to operatives and raising new job that have come through from our housing team.Role Criteria:

  • Admin / customer service experience
  • Computer literate excel and Microsoft packages experience
  • Organised
  • Good communication
  • Excellent time management
