The company Blayze Group are working on behalf of one of the UK\xe2\x80\x99s leading residential developers to search for a Planner to join their successful team. This is to work on their prestigious mid to high rise RC frame development based in West London. They have a strong pipeline of future work and first-class opportunities of progression. The role Reporting into a Project Director your job responsibilities will include preconstruction planning and procurement, assisting in the production of tender programmes, analysis of tender returns, monitoring TES and procurement programmes and assist in the production of site logistics and time slices. You will also help with the production of layout drawings and assist in the production of project execution plans (PEP). Other duties will include attending project review meetings and report on progress including providing marked up drop line programmes, site resources details and progress pictures. The candidate Ideally you will have a degree in engineering or HNC/HND qualification and have a minimum of two years post graduate experience, working in the construction sector. You will be comfortable with numbers and working with data, data analysis and presentation, proficient in AutoCAD. MS Excel and the ability to learn new software.
