you will have the following accountabilities:

What You'll Do:
As a Planner, you'll be at the heart of our project success, from tender to completion. Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and managing Tender and Contract Programmes using Primavera P6, ensuring compliance with planning standards and contract requirements.
Collaborating with Operations and Bid Teams to establish construction methods, sequencing, and outputs for civils projects.
Identifying planning scope, constraints, and major quantities to create robust programmes.
Producing planning deliverables, including programmes, reports, and presentations.
Applying resource levelling techniques and reconciling plant, labour, and materials.
Interfacing with third parties to resolve issues and ensure seamless project delivery.
Supporting BIM Coordinators and setting up lean visual programmes to boost project performance and safety.
Who we're looking for
You have operational experience in construction (e.g., Site Engineer or Site Agent) with a strong civils background.
You're proficient in Primavera P6 and other planning toolsets, with a track record of delivering small to medium-sized civils projects.
You understand tender documents, contract specifications, and methods of planning, programming, and progress monitoring.
You have a solid grasp of risk and opportunity management and can demonstrate delay or change entitlement.
You're an articulate communicator, able to engage and motivate teams at all levels.
You hold a relevant CSCS Card and have knowledge of the construction market, including plant, equipment, and labour requirements.
Bonus: Experience driving enterprise-wide cultural or performance change in technical organisations.
