We're looking for a Photographer to join our team, working from our Llandudno office, home, or a mixture both! As part of the role, you'll deliver exceptional service to our customers; estate agency experience is not essential as you'll go through a full training process but an eye for detail is critical. Good photography skills and experience with Adobe would be desirable, we want our property details to be the best! A key part of the position will be visiting houses mainly in Conwy county but also in Gwynedd & Anglesey. Therefore, a full UK driving license and car are essential (car allowance & mileage provided).

The role is a full-time position Monday - Friday (8.45am - 5.30pm) and on the occasional weekend (with your agreement).

Main Duties:

Photograph property and locations to a high standard Produce floorplans of properties with accurate measurements Write property brochures and details, including any additional information provided by the owners or local knowledge Produce videos of the property to a high standard Prepare sales particulars, agency agreements, money laundering documentation and invoices to company standards and within set deadlines Process any property amendments for marketing purposes Upload information to the in-house software package and other web portals Check all internet sites where properties are published to ensure the correct details are in place Deal with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Person Specification:

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following criteria:

Essential

Accuracy in their work with attention to detail Work to deadlines Work as part of a busy, tight-knit team Deliver excellent customer service Photographic experience either professionally or personally, ideally with a DSLR & Adobe Good computer skills, with a knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel. Must have a full UK driving license and a car
Desirable

Have the ability to communicate in both Welsh and English
You will also receive a car allowance plus mileage for any business travel.

You will be given full training from online courses, on-the-job, and in-person courses.
