Job Description
Job title: Band 3 Phlebotomist
Location: Birmingham
Duration: ASAP to 3 months (potential to extend)
Salary: \xc2\xa313.50 per hour
Requirements: Qualified Phlebotomist/ worked within the NHS for at least 6 months in the last 2 years
Main duties
- Working alone as well as a part of a team
- Expected to liaise with other healthcare professionals throughout the hospital in professional manner at all times
- Experience of performing paediatric phlebotomy by venepuncture is essential
- Required to collect blood samples by venepuncture and capillary methods from patients in outpatient\xe2\x80\x99s department and on the wards
