PHD Clinical Biochemist/ OR Biomedical Senior Scientist
Based area near County Durham
Permanent role, Monday to Friday
Competitive Salary DOE.
I am working exclusively on a great opportunity for a PHD Level Clinical Biochemist or PHD Biomedical Scientist. We are looking for this person to join a successful long-established team.
As a PHD Clinical Biochemist/ Biomedical Scientist you will have strong understanding of Eliza, doing plate-based bio marker assays and have a strong understanding of Quality Control systems. This is a fantastic opportunity as you will be building a team under you to manage, so looking for someone who has a lot of scientific knowledge, not your normal BMS recently graduated individual.
Some of the main duties will be :
- Running Haematology analyser \xe2\x80\x93 make is SysMIC
- Running urine analysis machine \xe2\x80\x93 make is SysMic
- Coagulation testing
- Strong knowledge of Biomarker assays- Eliza, must be able to do plate-based bio marker assays
- Strong understanding of Quality systems
