This modern, independent private hospital are searching for a driven and comprehensive Pharmacy Technician to join their well-established Pharmacy team. This 18-bed hospital boasts 3 operating theatres, a specialist physiotherapy department, MRI and diagnostic imaging suites as well as a well-established pharmacy department. This hospital prides itself on their ability to provide exceptional patient care in a modern and comfortable environment and have patients at the heart of their care.

As a successful Pharmacy Technician for this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that an effective and efficient pharmacy service is provided in a variety of ways. You will support the Clinical Pharmacist in providing medicine management services and supervise the Pharmacy Dispenser to contribute to the smooth running of the Pharmacy department. You should have ample clinical knowledge that you can use to continue the excellent standard of care that is expected from the hospital.

Requirements

• Registration as a Pharmacy Technician within the General Pharmaceutical Council
• NVQ Level 3 in Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent
• ACT or MMT qualification desirable but not essential.

This hospital is located in Hatfield, commutable from Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Stevenage and Hertford.
