We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy. Responsibilities
Lead and manage the pharmacy team, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
Oversee the dispensing of medications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
Maintain inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and managing stock levels of pharmaceuticals.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in pharmacy practice.
Provide training and development opportunities for pharmacy staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient care through effective medication management.
Implement IT systems for efficient pharmacy operations, including electronic health records and inventory management software.
Requirements
A valid pharmacist registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
Proven leadership experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
Proficiency in IT systems related to pharmacy operations is highly desirable.
A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and fostering a supportive team environment.
