Job Summary:
We are seeking a trained Pharmacy Dispensary Assistant to join our team in providing excellent customer service and support within our pharmacy setting. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, be proficient in English.
Duties:
- Assist pharmacists with prescriptions
- Maintain stock by checking stock levels, placing orders, and verifying delivery
- Process customer prescriptions and handle over-the-counter medication sales
- Provide information to customers
- Dispenser NHS and private prescriptions
- Handle prescription queries
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide assistance
This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to the healthcare sector while developing their skills in a dynamic pharmacy environment.
Previous experience is required (3-6 months minimum)
