Job description
You will be an experienced dispenser (minimum 3 years ) with some supervisory skills. You will have a working knowledge of a community pharmacy with atleast NVQ level 2 qualification.
We are a community pharmacy so the right candidate must be good at using various computer software and systems and have exceptional communication skills via social media, emails and telephone. This is often a fast paced environment and we're looking for people with a genuine passion for pharmacy. If you are interested in further developing your professional career, we can support you towards achieving this goal. You will be working with the most advance and cutting edge PMR software Titan. All training will be given
The right candidate will also be required to successfully complete a 3 month probationary period.

The successful candidate will need to be confident to achieve some of but not limited to the duties below-

Achieve the best possible outcome through a person's medicines by managing, ordering, receiving, maintaining and supplying medicines and other pharmaceutical products safely, legally and effectively, whilst meeting the regulatory standards
Be confident to provide person-centred health advice to all patients
Support the management of the day to day operation of the pharmacy, e.g. clinical governance, business operation and processes, including where appropriate the supervision of members of staff
Maintain a quality service through auditing and evaluating the service and processes, and respond to feedback
Advise people, in a wide range of settings, on the safe and effective use of their medicines and devices
Manage your own professional and personal development
Ensure patient safety, by promoting safe practices, and the effective use of systems
Provide specialist services in response to local and national needs and initiatives
Have basic knowledge in the provision of blister packs
Full time hours: 40-42.50 hrs per week
