Pharmacist Dispenser | Stone ST15 ***

Aspire Locums is seeking to recruit a suitably experienced and qualified Phramacy Dispenser for an Independent Community Pharmacy Store in Staffordshire.

Our client has a low level dispensing volume and we see this as a great opportunity for an experienced Dispenser who enjoys teamwork in a vibrant and not too busy store. The Pharmacy is at the heart of the community and is very patient and community focused and ideally situated to support and engage with patients.

This is a full-time, permanent post.

Start Date: Immediate (ASAP)

Contract Type; Permanent

Hours; Full Time hours

Days; 5 Days, Mon-Fri 09.00-18.00, Sat 09.00-12.30

Salary; \xc2\xa3 Competitive

Duties and Responsibilities.

Lead the Dispensing & Professional Service activity

Lead, Mentor and Develop The Pharmacy team as a whole

Champion Healthcare Initiatives and Community Engagement

Personnel Specification-

Must have NVQ L2-L3 QCF Qualification in Pharmacy Services, (or similar).

Must have excellent communication and organisation skills

Must have strong problem-solving skills with an ability to set clear objectives and leadership

Must be flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the pharmacy
