What your working day will look like:




Participating in all branch processes Building positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals Assisting in the delivery of pharmacy services Serving as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis

To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, as well as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. Additionally, we are looking for candidates with experience working in a customer-focused environment, a strong understanding of confidentiality, and the ability to handle medications accurately.
