We are a forward-thinking community pharmacy based in

Windlesham Village, Surrey

, and part of a growing group of independent pharmacies. Our focus is on delivering

high-quality NHS services such as Pharmacy First

, as well as a growing range of

private clinical services

including travel vaccinations, weight management, and contraceptive care. We are committed to building strong relationships with local healthcare providers and the wider community. As part of our group, you'll be supported by a collaborative network of pharmacy managers who share knowledge, ideas, and best practices to drive service delivery and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of

clinical services

, including:

Pharmacy First

Travel vaccinations

Weight management consultations

Contraceptive services

Drive growth in:

Prescription item volume

Service uptake and promotion

Build and maintain close working relationships with local

GP practices

Lead, mentor, and support the pharmacy team Ensure compliance with

GPhC, NHS, and company standards

Collaborate with the wider group of

pharmacy managers

for support and shared learning manage Staff and rota.

Required Qualifications & Experience

GPhC-registered Pharmacist

(essential)

Previous managerial experience

in a community pharmacy setting (essential) Strong leadership and communication skills Confidence in delivering (or willingness to train in) NHS and private services Commercially minded and driven to develop services and grow the business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24.00-28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 - 46 per week
