Established in 2004, Willows Pharmacy in Downham Market is an independent family business which has grown to be one of the busiest pharmacies in Norfolk.

From the first day of opening it has been managed & operated by the owner pharmacist and a multi-skilled team of staff which now include; 2 ACT, 6 dispensers & 3 counter staff.

The pharmacy is due to relocate into a state of the art purpose built premises which will harness the efficiencies of automation to help it secure a stronger position for its future. The introduction of three new consultation rooms will aid with the expansion of services and improve patient access.

We are looking for a friendly and an innovative pharmacist to join the team and work alongside the owner pharmacist. Your role will be pre-dominantly clinical based with minimal paper work. You will be expected to assist with overseeing the safe dispensing of medication via digital clinical checks, interact with patients and deliver services such as: Flu & Covid vaccination, Pharmacy First, NMS, NHS contraception & Hypertension case finding. There are also opportunities to get involved with delivery of private services such as Travel Health & Weight management to name a few.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning & development and delivering excellent patient services. We would consider applications from both experienced and newly qualified pharmacists and support IP training.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 56,640.00-63,336.00 per year

Expected hours: 32 - 42 per week
