Do you have experience of providing PSO/PMO expertise, on a large transformation project?
This consulting opportunity is to support our client (a leading financial servies company), in their PMO teams across a number of different IT projects.
The project needs a consultant who has:
2-3 yrs experience working in a PMO/PSO capacity
Experience of effective working in a cross-functional and matrixed environment
Experience managing internal stakeholders
Key Areas of Work
: The key services that you\'ll be asked to provide are
Strong governance and active management of plans, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, benefits etc in line with standards and approaches determined by the programme
Provide Project planning, Milestone management, Scope management, Resource forecasting; Financial Management; Change Management across the project portfolio
Prepare regular status reporting to all levels of the business
Ensure efficient change control methods and process are utilised
Oversee project costs and ensure finances are well managed
Mandatory Skills/Experience
: Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate the following:
Full lifecycle PMO analyst experience with strong all-round grounding in PMO opperations Experience of effective working in a cross-functional, remote and matrixed environment
