:Project Summary
:Do you have experience of providing PSO/PMO expertise, on a large transformation project?
This consulting opportunity is to support our client (a leading financial servies company), in their PMO teams across a number of different IT projects.
The project needs a consultant who has:
- 2-3 yrs experience working in a PMO/PSO capacity
- Experience of effective working in a cross-functional and matrixed environment
- Experience managing internal stakeholders
Key Areas of Work
:The key services that you\'ll be asked to provide are
- Strong governance and active management of plans, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, benefits etc in line with standards and approaches determined by the programme
- Provide Project planning, Milestone management, Scope management, Resource forecasting; Financial Management; Change Management across the project portfolio
- Prepare regular status reporting to all levels of the business
- Ensure efficient change control methods and process are utilised
- Oversee project costs and ensure finances are well managed
Mandatory Skills/Experience
:Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Full lifecycle PMO analyst experience with strong all-round grounding in PMO opperations Experience of effective working in a cross-functional, remote and matrixed environment
