PGIM has taken a strategic decision to aggressively pursue asset raising opportunities, particularly in the global retail markets where it has not been prominent to date. PGIM will develop relationships with third party distributors outside the US, with a primary focus on EMEA but also seeking opportunities in Asia, Japan & South America.PGIM Investments plans to realize its growth opportunities in Europe by building regional teams to cover the largest addressable markets. As PGIMxe2x80x99s asset management affiliates have separate sales team(s) who target institutional opportunities (sovereign wealth, pension, central bank) PGIM Investments International is keenly focused on UHNW intermediary opportunities, including private bank, family offices, unit linked, fund of funds and distribution platforms throughout the region(s).As part of the firmxe2x80x99s global expansion, PGIM Investments International is looking to hire an Associate, Product Delivery. The role is a part of the Global Alternatives Product Development team which leads the research, analysis and development for Alternative/Private investment products created for global retail clients. This particular role will focus on alternative solutions for non-US clients and report to the Head of International Alternatives Product Development. Asset classes may include Private Real Estate, Private Debt / Direct Lending, Private Equity Secondaries, Hedge Funds and other Private Markets. Strategies will be packaged in Non-UCITS structures organized as partnerships, corporates and contractual vehicles to support a global ex-US client base.What you can expect

• Lead the coordination and implementation of Alternative fund product related initiatives, including but not limited to, new product launches, mergers, liquidations, proxy votes product changes and other product line related enhancements.
• Support key strategic product initiatives, including drafting and execution of project plans, meeting minutes/follow-ups, and other project management-related support.
• Interface with business partners to determine proposed timelines, desired communications and positioning, business impact, resource requirements and other important factors, and to coordinate the implementation of the approved initiatives.
• Lead cross functional business groups including legal, operations, marketing, compliance, product to ensure all projects are successfully implemented on time and within budget.
• Work on various ad hoc requests / special projects and monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Provide assistance, as needed, to support quarterly and annual legally required board reporting materials combined with compliance-related due diligence exercises.
• Seek efficiencies in the process in order to improve the timeliness of delivery.
• Establish global best practice for product delivery from a technical and governance perspective.

What you will bring

• Relevant experience, preferably experience in Project Management leading cross-functional teams.
• Asset management experience required, specific knowledge of the alternatives space would be advantageous.
• Must have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
