FinTech is recruiting on behalf of our client, an international industrial services provider, for a full-time, permanent Logistics Coordinator based in Bridge of Don. The successful candidate will co-ordinate the logistics of the offshore workforce in support of the onshore project teams. Duties will include: \xc2\xb7 Liaising with the travel department to arrange accommodation for personnel \xc2\xb7 Collating weekly crew changes and communicating with internal teams \xc2\xb7 Contacting personnel to deliver check-in times \xc2\xb7 Liaising with various teams with regard to ad-hoc workscope requirements \xe2\x80\x93 e.g. ensuring helicopter seats are in place with the Aviation team \xc2\xb7 Monitoring and reporting absence/sickness to relevant teams \xc2\xb7 Ensuring all relevant information is given to personnel prior to mobilisation \xc2\xb7 Booking client inductions/PTW \xc2\xb7 Working closely with clients and internal project teams \xc2\xb7 When required, liaising with client Aviation team to issue offshore training certifications \xc2\xb7 Recording holidays for all relevant teams and personnel on internal systems to ensure accurate payment \xc2\xb7 Recording movement of personnel for all assigned contracts \xc2\xb7 Observing and monitoring mandatory training, and updating company and client recording systems \xc2\xb7 Participation in the On-Call rota The ideal candidate will be a team player, computer literate, and will have excellent attention to detail. Previous experience of Personnel Logistics for up to 600 personnel is essential. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xc2\xa340,000.00 per year Benefits:
