Right at Home Loughborough is a friendly, local homecare provider which recognises that its employees are its greatest asset. We are looking for friendly, reliable, and ambitious people, regardless of experience, to join our team of Care Assistants.

You probably already have the skills you need to make a great Care Assistant, but we will teach you everything you need to know with our industry leading training.

Duties will include:

We deliver only Person-Centered Care usually in visits of not less than one hour. We do not tender to the local authority so avoid working in the typical time-and-task method. You will not be burned out and not expected to be in two places at once! Your main tasks will be:

Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day

Personal care

Administering medication

Assisting Clients with washing and dressing

Shopping

Housekeeping

Meal preparation

Taking Clients for appointments or outings

Requirements of a Care Assistant:

Be available for early mornings, evenings and alternate weekends

Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to your own car

Have a genuine passion to want to help others

Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude
