Personal Care Assistant Child (cf50965)
Job Description
Seeking a carer for an energetic 5 year old son for 3 evenings per week (10 hours in total) in the evenings after school on a long term basis with occasional flexibility to cover holidays/sick and extra shifts for other care team members.
He requires 1:1 and has a very rare condition called Hyperinsulinism and other complex medical/SEN needs. Duties would include but not limited to pump/button feeding and medication, blood sugar checking.
Carer work experience is essential however all other training such as feeding, sugar checks will be provided. Enhanced DBS check required (paid for by employer) along with all Right to Work documentation.

Pay: 12.75 per hour
