As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant/Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the firm's administrative and executive support functions.

Key Responsibilities



In this role, you will be integral to the smooth running of the business. Your responsibilities will include managing diaries and schedules, preparing client communications, coordinating meetings, assisting with client onboarding and compliance administration, and ensuring our operational processes run efficiently and professionally. You will also liaise directly with clients and external stakeholders, uphold data protection standards, and provide general office support.

Person Specification



The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar personal assistant or administrative role, ideally within a professional services environment such as accountancy, legal, or consultancy. You will be highly organised, discreet, and possess excellent communication skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with accountancy or practice management software would be advantageous but is not essential.

Pay: From 22,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 16 per week
