What you'll be doing (aka making our lives possible):
Being the calm in our (slightly chaotic) calendar storms - diary management, meetings, calls, and "Where am I meant to be right now?" moments
Handling admin, emails, reports, and task follow-ups like a pro
Coordinating projects, keeping things moving, people accountable, and nothing falling through the cracks
Managing people with charm and firm kindness - whether it's a supplier running late or a team member who needs a pep talk
Acting as our eyes, ears, and sometimes brains when we're spinning too many plates
Occasionally sipping cocktails for 'research purposes' (just kidding... kind of)

Organised like a military operation but friendly like a brunch host
A natural communicator - in emails, meetings, and the odd WhatsApp chaos
Cool with pressure, deadlines, and juggling flaming torches (not literally... we hope)
Discreet, reliable, and a total team player
Strong experience with admin, scheduling, people wrangling, and project management
You know how to get stuff done - and make it look easy
