Job Overview

Mayside Partners Limited is seeking a highly organised, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional administrative and interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs and manage priorities with minimal supervision. This is a hands-on, in-person role that requires flexibility, occasional travel within the UK, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Fluency in Hebrew or conversational Hebrew skills will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the CEO's complex and ever-changing calendar, scheduling internal and external meetings, calls, and events across multiple time zones. Organise detailed domestic travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, and transportation for meetings and site visits throughout Scotland, Lancashire, London, and beyond. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO with professionalism and discretion at all times. Prepare and maintain high-quality documents, reports, and presentations using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive). Provide financial administration support, including expense tracking and recordkeeping. Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous. Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and integrity. Maintain an organised and efficient office environment, including management of supplies, filing systems, and correspondence. Coordinate follow-ups and action items arising from meetings and communications. Provide administrative support across different business interests managed by the CEO. Support ad-hoc projects, event planning, and personal administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite or senior leadership. Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail. Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) is essential. QuickBooks experience preferred but not mandatory (training can be provided). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident telephone manner. Professional, reliable, and adaptable with the ability to remain calm under pressure. High level of discretion and understanding of confidentiality requirements. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Hebrew language skills (spoken and/or written) are highly desirable. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
