Our client is a social media influencer in Surrey who along with his family has achieved phenomenal success since 2017, attracting 1m+ subscribers on you tube and 500k+ followers on Instagram, reaching core fans in the UK but as far reaching as the USA and Asia. Our client\xe2\x80\x99s social media channels are family focused, fun and light-entertainment based. They have coverage on all major social media channels as well as expanding into clothing ranges with partners before launching their own brand in 2021. Currently, the family are producing 2-3 videos per week and drop new clothing ranges once per month and work with some of the most well known brands in Retail and Television. They are also working towards launching a podcast before the end of 2023. This is a family run business who are continually evolving, as such the family and the business is dynamic, full of energy, ambitious and bring fun to their day to day activities. You need to be commercially astute, meticulous, organised and self-motivated as well as having lots of energy. For this job you need to be the type of person who can cover general office admin as well as keen to learn other aspects of business including buying, recruitment (from time to time), operations. It is a varied role and no single day will be the same. Please only apply if you have a valid UK driving licence and have your own transport. The role does require school drop offs and pick ups locally. What You\'ll Be Doing: Working on creative treatments for branded content Managing content schedule for all their social channels, sourcing and ordering props etc Working closely with the family\'s management team across branded content Managing workflow and time sensitive content schedule for the social channels youtube and Instagram Managing the suppliers and key operations for the clothing brand to ensure timely launch and delivery of the goods. Sourcing and liaising with suppliers including but not limited to ensuring value for money, robust contracts and on time delivery Email management and ad hoc admin tasks Personal tasks / errands for the family (from time to time). Who we are looking for: Must be a self-starter who is proactive and self-motivated Organised & schedule driven, able to meet deadlines Excellent communication skills written and verbal Fast Learner and willing to learn new skills Up to date with latest social media platforms and how social media is evolving bringing trends and ideas to the family to help support their continued growth Work well in a small team A minimum of basic skills of MS Office and/or Apple equivalent and able to increase knowledge if necessary.
