To support the Director of a small business in both personal and business tasks.

Office based; must attend in person.
OUTLINE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting the employer with all manner of tasks.
Managing small projects to completion in close collaboration with the employer, for example:
----Arranging creation of a new website and marketing materials.
----Applying for grant funding.
----Researching a piece of machinery, getting multiple quotations.
Filing and organising both physical and IT documents
Liaison with business department heads as required.
Liaising with contractors for the employer's property and business
Selling items on eBay & posting.
Various potential on-going administrative and compliance tasks
Assisting employer with personal administration
Occasional hands-on assistance business when short-staffed or busy
Occasional domestic tasks, including babysitting, pick-ups/drop offs, shopping and errands.

Salary 11,250 PA
