Personal Assistant
Job Ref N003/02/2024

The Personal Assistant will work as part of the Chief Executive\xe2\x80\x99s Team and support the Governance & Business Support Services Advisor to deliver an effective and efficient day-to-day modern, professional and responsive personal assistant service to the NIFRS Board and Senior Executive Teams.

Hours of work;
Currently 36\xc2\xbc hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.
A Flexible Working Hours Scheme is in operation.
In view of the level of this appointment, the post holder will be required to work in such a way as to fulfil the obligations of the post.

There is currently one permanent post for based at NIFRS HQ in Lisburn. This recruitment and selection process will also be used to fill future vacancies, a reserve list will be created for 12 months should any additional permanent or fixed term vacancies arise (offers of posts will be made in merit order).

Salary
The salary is scale 6. The salary range is currently \xc2\xa327,344 - \xc2\xa329,439 per annum (under review).
