Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and resourceful
Personal Assistant
to support the Director of a Hair, Scalp and skin Clinic in both business and personal matters. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will serve as a gatekeeper, problem-solver, and trusted advisor, streamlining operations, managing schedules, and handling confidential information with professionalism.
While the role initially offers 15 hours per week, there is the potential for increased hours and broader responsibilities as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Support:
Diary Management
- Coordinate the director's complex schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Meeting Preparation
- Prepare agendas, briefing documents, and notes; follow up on action points.
Communication Management
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; draft and manage emails.
Project Coordination
- Assist with business projects, research, and progress tracking.
Administrative Support
- Manage documents, filing, expenses, and liaise with suppliers and key stakeholders.
Social Media Management
- Oversee and maintain all social media accounts.
Premises Maintenance
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness within the premises.
Personal Support:
Diary & Appointments
- Manage personal and social commitments.
Travel & Event Coordination
- Arrange transportation, accommodation, and event planning.
Household & Lifestyle Management
- Coordinate household tasks, personal errands, and purchases.
Driving & Errands
- A valid UK driving licence is required to assist with personal and business-related travel.
Confidentiality
- Handle sensitive personal and business information with absolute discretion.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with external stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools
Comfortable with social media platforms and happy to learn Canva for simple graphics and posts if not already familiar
Experience & Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum
2 years
of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Support Worker role
Full UK work authorisation
Comfortable driving with a valid UK driver's licence
Full DBS check or willingness to get one
Preferred:
Experience supporting senior executives
Familiarity with health or clinical environments
Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
Schedule:
Day shifts (Monday to Friday)
Weekend availability may be required
