Are you an experienced, detail-oriented Personal Assistant with a considered approach to providing administrative and bookkeeping support at a senior level.

We are seeking a part time Personal Assistant to work ten hours per week over two days with flexibility to meet the MD\xe2\x80\x99s requirements essential. This is a part time, permanent position based at our Huddersfield Head Office, paying \xc2\xa38320 per annum. This pivotal role requires a unique blend of bookkeeping and organisational planning skills along with discretion, and confidentiality to ensure the seamless management of the MD\xe2\x80\x99s day-to-day affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritise and manage the Managing Director\'s appointments and commitments, ensuring optimal use of their time.
  • Organise international travel arrangements, including visas and accommodation, to ensure smooth and hassle-free journeys.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks for family investments and promptly reconcile expenses.
  • Maintain office systems, data management, and filing.
  • Uphold the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of the Managing Director\'s contacts.
  • Screen and manage calls, enquiries, and requests, providing timely and appropriate responses.
  • Assist in producing documents, reports, and presentations of exceptional quality.
  • Coordinate senior-level meetings, prepare agendas, pre-meeting briefings, and meeting materials.
Skills and Experience
  • A proven history of senior management support as a Personal Assistant.
  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping
  • Proficient in diary management and skilled in arranging both domestic and international travel.
  • Discreet, experienced in handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Flexible approach to work to support the needs of the Managing Director.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, maintaining accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
