Job Summary: As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the Director\'s schedule is well-managed and that key tasks and meetings are efficiently coordinated. Responsibilities: Schedule and Coordinate Meetings and Appointments: You will be responsible for managing the Director\'s calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments to ensure a streamlined workflow. Organize and Maintain the Director\'s Calendar: Your excellent organizational skills will be put to use as you maintain and update the Director\'s calendar, ensuring that deadlines and important events are well-managed. Manage Travel Arrangements for the Director: Handling travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation, will be part of your responsibilities to facilitate the Director\'s travel needs. Take Notes and Provide Follow-Up Tasks: During meetings, you will diligently take notes and summarize key points for the Director. Following up on action items and tasks will be crucial to keep projects on track. Handle Confidential Information with Discretion: As a trusted assistant, you will handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. Communicate on Behalf of the Director: You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and effectively representing the Director in a professional manner.
