We are recruiting on behalf of a small animal practice in Bristol for a Permanent Veterinary Nurse to join their team.
The role is full time role working 4 x ten hour shifts with a day off. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse to join a large hospital training practice. They are looking for a Nurse who is either a Clinical Coach or is looking to train to become a Clinical Coach.

The role:
The role offers the opportunity to utilise all nursing skills with each day being varied. The Nurse will perform a wide variety of duties including the following:
Clinical Coaching duties
Assisting the Vet in surgery and monitoring anaesthesia.
Holding Nurse clinics and assist the Vet in consultations
Carrying out procedures including vaccinations, medications.
The Nurse will be expected to provide a high level of in patient care.
The Nurse will also have the opportunity to train and guide student nurses.
The role offers a good work/life balance with flexible rota patterns to suit a good work / life balance.
The role will be based within the main hospital site.
About them:
Tier 3 Animal Hospital - training practice
Large multi site practice with a large veterinary team of 17 Vets across the sites. There is a main hospital and 6 branch practices. They have three Vets whom hold certificates in medicine, feline medicine and surgery.
They boast a large nursing team within the Hospital of 6 RVNS, 4 SVNs and 2 ACAs plus more across the branch surgeries. They have RVNs who hold certificates in feline medicine and ECC and they encourage and support additional qualifications.
The Hospital is fully equipped with facilities offering a wide range of diagnostics and services including digital x-ray, laser, endoscopy, ultrasound and an in house laboratory.
They offer a great work / life balance and provide support to one another as a team.
The practice provides a high standard of care and customer service to all its patients and clients.

They are looking for an RVN who has an interest in becoming a Clinical Coach or is already a Clinical Coach.
They are looking for an enthusiastic nurse who will embrace all aspects of the role and someone who would like to develop their nursing skills.
The Nurse will have great communication skills, organisational skills and have an approachable manner.
They will provide an excellent service to all clients and be able to build rapport easily.
Package
Salary: Up to \xc2\xa330,000 pro rata per annum commensurate to experience
Holidays: 6.6 weeks annual leave, incl bank holidays and birthday off
CPD: \xc2\xa3500 CPD allowance with 30 Hours paid.
