Permanent Lead Veterinary Surgeon and Branch Partner - Merthyr Tydfil, Mid Glamorgan

We are recruiting on behalf of a small animal practice in Merthyr Tydfil for a Permanent Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their team in a branch partner capacity. This role is full time for 4 days per week, along with weekends on a rota. There will be no OOH work or on-call duties.
This is a great opportunity for a Vet who would like to run their own business and have clinical freedom but with ongoing support.
The practice has recently gone under a refurbishment and has thee consulting rooms and one imaging room and one theatre. The practice is fully equipped with ultrasound cardiac probes, endoscopy and more. The position offers the opportunity to have a varied caseload including advanced surgery and medicine.

Package:
Salary: Up to \xc2\xa380,000 per annum, commensurate to experience
Holidays: 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays
CPD: Generous allowance of \xc2\xa31,500 with 3 days to attend
Memberships: RCVS, VDS and BVA fees paid
