The Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Self Employed Peripatetic Vocal Tutor to provide high-quality 1:1 singing lessons to students of various abilities and for different specifications.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Teaching individual and potentially small group singing lessons.
Developing students' vocal techniques, confidence, and musicality.
Preparing students for performances, exams, and auditions.
Adapting teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities.
Maintaining records of student progress.

The Successful Candidate
Cardinal Newman College is a wonderful place to work, and this is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced candidate to join our friendly and well established Music department.
The Music department is looking for someone who has a strong vocal ability with formal training, has previous teaching experience and has music industry experience.
You should display the values, attitudes, and behaviours consistent with the Catholic Ethos of the College and have a commitment to equality/diversity and the safeguarding of young people and vulnerable adults.
Terms and Conditions
Hours: No set hours (typically around 4 - 10 hours per week)
Salary: 32 per hour.
