Remit
Compass associates are seeking a peripatetic manager/ Regional Support Manager on behalf of our client, to support their Elderly Care Services across a London, Basingstoke and Kent remit. The role will include turning around services in challenging situations, so being a confident and engaging leader is essential. You must have a genuine passion for elderly care and a desire for continuous improvement.

The Candidate
This role is an exciting opportunity for a current Peripatetic / Turnaround / Multi-site / Home Manager that wants to join a company that can develop your career and provide good quality care for its residents. The candidate is required to have previous Care Home Management experience with exposure to CQC inspections.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Home Management and will understand how to help other Home Managers and staff to improve/sustain high standards. You may be required to oversee a home for while a manager is out of the business or based doing project work depending on the needs of the business.

Requirements

• Established Manager with Good CQC Reports
• Confident and Engaging Leadership Style
• Open to non-nurse Managers
• Happy to travel to homes across the London and surrounding area

Location
This role covers a remit across London and surrounding areas , and therefore it\'d be beneficial to be located around Kent or Basingstoke.

Summary
My client is seeking a peripatetic manager to support services for their homes across the London area. In return the salary on offer is up to \xc2\xa375,000 + package
