Performance Marketing Expert

to join us and take our

Performance Marketing

campaigns to the next level. We are looking for a

Freelancer or Contractor for 15-20 hours a week

- Initially on a 6 month contract.

What we need help with:

Architect, Launch and Optimise campaigns on Google Ads and Meta ads (across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Shopping and Google Things To Do campaigns), Maintain and optimize campaigns, looking to lower Cost Per Conversions and increase ROAS. Prioritise asset performance and optimise any poor performing assets. Increase our ad experiments to find what works best to achieve our targets. Maintain and manage our product feeds in the Merchant Center and Google Things To Do. Offer guidance on the latest Google and Meta best practices. Tie in organic social strategy into paid marketing campaigns to showcase a unified brand message.

We're after someone who has:

Expert level experience (

at least 3 years) in managing Performance Marketing

campaigns

within

Google ads

(must have) and Meta (great to have) and previous

experience with managing ad budgets with a minimum of 50k a month.

Deep familiarity with Google Merchant Center, product feed optimization, and dynamic remarketing Proven track record of driving cost efficiencies (lower CPAs, higher ROAS) and scaling performance

The ability to commute to our Bournemouth office for at least 1 day a week

to collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams.
