Performance Marketing Manager



The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing Facebook, Google and TikTok marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyse data across multiple channels.

You need to be a performance digital marketing expert, understanding fully bow to build and execute from strategy to hands on campaign management. This is for someone that knows and has experience in running campaigns to generate good ROAS and build campaigns from small budgets to large high performing campaigns.

Including creative and building the actual adverts and targeting for our clients.

You will be handling clients campaigns across our main regions of US,UK and AU. So having a love of great client relationships and generally really be a high achiever you will fit right in.

You will have a passion for creating client strategy for their Facebook Advertising, with a high-level client service skill in understanding and surpassing the client's needs. Someone who has an absolute passion for Facebook and Google marketing and who wants to work and in a young dynamic fast-growing company.

Responsibilities



Manoeuvre digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle

Detailed understanding of Meta and Google Ads platforms

- TikTok Ads would be a bonus

Ability to create high performing ads and copy

Understanding of building marketing funnels from scratch

Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs.

Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders.

Have at least 3+ years hands on experience on Facebook and Google Ads

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

Responsibilities



Lead and manage the performance of the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovative thinking. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive engagement across multiple platforms. Oversee email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance through data analysis and reporting. Manage social media channels, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience while monitoring engagement metrics. Utilise Excel to analyse performance data, generating insights to inform future marketing decisions. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables. Maintain an organised office environment, ensuring all team members have the resources needed to succeed in their roles. Continuously assess team performance against established KPIs, providing guidance and support where necessary.

Requirements



Proven experience in a leadership role within a marketing environment, preferably with a focus on B2B strategies. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in email marketing platforms and social media management tools. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences. Solid understanding of Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational abilities.
