We have an exciting opportunity for a Performance Marketing Assistant to join our team at Britannia Hotels' central office, home to several key departments. Conveniently situated in the heart of Trafford Park, our office boasts excellent transport links. With tram stops just a short walk away and easy access to the M60, commuting is hassle-free.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

A strong analytical mindset and excellent organisational skills Prior experience and a solid understanding of performance marketing principles A basic knowledge of Affiliate Marketing, SEO, and PPC Proficiency in Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyse and interpret data Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working alongside the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining the affiliate programs for Britannia hotels and our . Upholding best practices across all websites, focusing on both technical and on-page SEO. Collaborating with third party PPC agencies to ensure the smooth and effective execution of all marketing campaigns. Producing weekly and monthly performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
