An exciting apprenticeship opportunity has arisen in our Taylors People (HR) team for a People (HR) Administrator to join us ideally from June 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR while pursuing formal qualifications through a Level 3 apprenticeship programme. Reporting to a People Business Partner and collaborating with the wider People team, you will provide generalist People Administration and excellent customer service. Your support will enhance understanding, capability, governance, and delivery of HR policies and procedures. Absolute discretion and confidentiality are essential in this role.
This is a 22 month fixed term contract, working full-time 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday, predominantly based at our Plumpton Park (Harrogate) site. Once the apprenticeship commences, one day per week will be allocated to study.
