Working with a collaborative and supportive HR team that values your contributions, you will have responsibility of the HR and ticketing systems, keeping them up to date and accurate at all times, whilst monitoring system related processes to ensure they are working effectively and amending when required. You will be heavily involved in reporting and sending and analysing surveys. You will enjoy a varied and busy role that sees you completing all administrative tasks within the team whilst having the opportunity to get involved in team projects.

This is a Fixed Term Contract for a period of 12 months.


Location:

We perform at our best when we feel trusted and are able to choose an approach to working that suits us best, which is why we are a remote-first company. However, we also believe in face to face collaboration, and our UK colleagues meet once a month for team time and quarterly for company get togethers in our Leeds office, so we ask that you be within a commutable distance that you are comfortable with in order to attend the office on those occasions.

Day to day, you will be responsible for:





System Ownership:

Manage and maintain our HR and ticketing systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity as well as training new starters on system use and managing the relationship with the system providers.

Reporting:

Generate and analyse reports from the HR system to support decision-making processes.

Administration:

Handle all administrative tasks within the HR team including producing contractual change letters and managing the leaver process.

Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
